Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TibeSnap.com and the TibeSnap public TikTok image downloader ("TibeSnap", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using TibeSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What TibeSnap Provides

TibeSnap is a free browser-based tool that helps users extract and download images from public TikTok photo, carousel, and slideshow posts when those public resources are technically available.

TibeSnap does not provide a TikTok account, does not host TikTok content as a social platform, does not provide paid subscriptions, and does not sell downloadable media. The Service is a utility that helps you process a public URL that you choose to submit.

No TikTok Affiliation

TibeSnap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to TikTok, ByteDance, or any TikTok-related entity. "TikTok" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Your use of TikTok content remains subject to TikTok's terms, policies, technical restrictions, and the rights of the applicable content owner.

Public Content Only

TibeSnap is intended only for public TikTok photo, carousel, and slideshow posts that are available without logging in, bypassing access controls, or defeating technical restrictions.

You may not use TibeSnap to:

• Access private, restricted, deleted, paywalled, or unauthorized content.
• Bypass login requirements, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, region restrictions, or other access controls.
• Extract content from accounts or posts where you do not have a lawful right to access or use the material.
• Interfere with TikTok, TibeSnap, or any third-party system.

If a URL cannot be processed, TibeSnap may return an error instead of a result.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and for how you use any images or links returned by the Service.

You agree that you will:

• Use TibeSnap only for lawful purposes.
• Respect copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights.
• Download or save content only when you own it, have permission, or have another lawful basis to do so.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
• Avoid reposting, redistributing, selling, or modifying content in a way that violates another person's rights.
• Review whether your intended use is allowed before downloading or sharing any image.

TibeSnap does not grant you ownership of, or a license to, TikTok content or creator content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for infringement, harassment, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful surveillance.
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, probe, or attack TibeSnap.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or circumvent security limits of the Service.
• Use TibeSnap as an open proxy or to fetch unsupported URLs.
• Upload, submit, or distribute malware or harmful instructions.
• Misrepresent that TibeSnap is affiliated with TikTok or any content creator.
• Remove or obscure ownership notices in a misleading or unlawful way.

We may block requests, throttle traffic, or suspend access where we believe use is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or harmful to the Service.

Free Service; No Payments

TibeSnap's public downloader is currently free. We do not ask for payment card information to use the downloader, and there are no subscriptions, paid credits, or refund obligations for the current public tool.

If TibeSnap introduces paid features in the future, the applicable payment terms will be provided before those features are used.

Content and Intellectual Property

TibeSnap and its original website design, text, interface, code, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TikTok posts, images, captions, creator names, profile information, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. TibeSnap does not claim ownership over third-party content that may be processed through the Service.

Privacy

Your use of TibeSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The public downloader is designed not to require accounts, payment information, TikTok credentials, or persistent storage of submitted TikTok URLs in an application database. The Privacy Policy explains the limited processing needed to operate the Service.

Availability and Changes

TibeSnap depends on public web resources, network availability, third-party services, and technical behavior outside our control. Some posts may be unavailable, incomplete, blocked, private, region-limited, deleted, or technically incompatible.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update extraction methods, supported hosts, user interface, rate limits, or security controls to maintain reliability and compliance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TibeSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that any specific TikTok URL will work, that returned images will be complete or available, or that downloads will remain accessible after third-party URLs expire or change.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TibeSnap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, content, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid to TibeSnap for the current public downloader in the 12 months before the claim. Because the current public downloader is free, this limitation is intended to reflect the limited nature of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TibeSnap and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your submitted URLs, your use or redistribution of downloaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Copyright and Rights Concerns

If you believe TibeSnap is being used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the relevant material and explain your concern. Because TibeSnap is designed as a transient downloader and does not host a public library of TikTok images, we may not be able to remove third-party content from its original source, but we can review abuse reports related to use of TibeSnap.

Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted under applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your location are not limited by these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service changes or legal requirements evolve. The "updated_at" date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of TibeSnap after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
